that was the club's very last song
I indulged in it and all the previous melodies
with both fast and slow dances creating good memories
our moves brought me a lot of delight and were fun
and when we left the busses where on their first morning run

you know what you want, it appears
you took control, I have no fears
you might even have a plan, I don't know
I don't have any plans, I just decide and go

I am happy about how things are 
I am not thinking too far
I am not concerned about the way
I am relaxed and take life day by day

so much for me, but how about you?
are you as expectationless too?
I wonder if what is there is enough for you
if not you better tell me what you want me to do

being a nice guy doesn't mean I can't cause pain
I don't make promises and I am not out for my own gain
some bright sides you found, small gray spots you'll find soon
because besides being gypsy-like I am also a bit of a loon

you are the one who is asking me questions all day
I have only two that I phrase in my own poetic way
why is it that you like me so?
where is it that you wanna go?
